The 150-acre Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) is located at Waverley, Yorkshire's largest mixed use sustainable development. Waverley is a 740 acre new business and residential community centrally located close to Sheffield and Rotherham, just off Junction 33 of the M1.
In total the AMP provides 150 acres capable of accommodating up to 2 million square feet of various uses across the park. Half of that has already been development, 74 acres are available now:
B1 & B2 (Hi-tech Manufacturing/ Industrial) - AMP can provide a varied size range of B1 and B2 manufacturing facilities which benefit from either Business Rates Releif or Enchanced Capital Allowances.
Education/ Research & Development - AMP is renowened for its Research & Development and can provide additional accommodation to support the continued growth of this sector at AMP.
B1 (HQ Office) - AMP can accommodate an HQ office location, offering a world class environment within a cluster of globally branded business enterprises.
Events & Accommodation - Hotel, Leisure & Conference Facility - AMP will support up to 2 million square feet of accommodation, in addition Waverley New Community will sport up to 4,000 new homes within the mixed use scheme.
