The property is situated on the south side of Lochburn Road, a short distance northeast of its junction with Maryhill Road, within the Maryhill district of Glasgow and approximately 1 ½ miles from Glasgow City Centre.

Ancillary office and staff facilities are provided, the floor throughout again being solid concrete screed with a combination of plasterboard lined and timber paneled wall coverings.
 
Externally, the property has an extensive yard area which is partly surfaced in concrete hardstanding and partly surfaced in heavy grade gravel or tarmacadam. The site is generally enclosed by a metal palisade fence and access is afforded to the site from Lochburn Road by way of double metal swing gates.
