The estate is located at the western end of Bontoft Avenue off National Avenue. National Avenue provides easy access to Spring Bank one of the main arterial routes into the City Centre via Ferensway/ the A1070 which in turn provides access to the A63. The A63 provides direct access to the Humber Bridge as well as Junction 38 of the M62 Motorway 17.5 miles to the west. The M62 can be reached in 26 minutes' drive-time. 

Hull Paragon Interchange railway station is located 3 miles south east of the estate (12 minutes' drive time) and Humberside Airport is located 19 miles to the south (30 minutes' drive time).
