The flooring is primarily over laid in carpet. Male and female w.c.-s are located in this area.
There is a further single storey building of blockwork construction providing a reception area which thereafter connects to a canteen and welfare facilities.
Units 1A&B & 1C
The building is of a steel portal frame construction with concrete block walls to dado height harled externally and clad thereafter. The roof over Units 1A&B has recently been reclad with insulated metal sheeting incorporating translucent roof panels with Unit 1C being clad in corrugated sheeting.
An internal blockwork wall currently separates Unit 1A&B from Unit 1C.
