Location

SERVICE AREAS - Service areas in the public bar include ladies, gents and disabled toilets, small kitchen area which is not used by our clients but would have enormous potential for new owners for establishing a food trade. In addition, there is a very well equipped fully refurbished and fully refrigerated beer cellar area. 

EXTERIOR - There is a small beer garden to the western side of the property.

OWNERS ACCOMMODATION - One of the most attractive aspects of this business is the superb owners house which accompanies the business.
