Location
Tarbert lies approximately 22km (14 miles) south of Lochgilphead and some 160km (100 miles) from Glasgow, with regular bus services passing through the village on the Glasgow to Campbeltown route.
The picturesque fishing village of Tarbert has an excellent marina as well as a number of shops, public houses and hotels. It is a popular destination for yachts, and is the location for the celebrated Scottish Series sailing regatta each May, attracting hundreds of yachtsmen for a series of races in Loch Fyne.
