The owners of the subjects shown coloured blue on the plan have access rights over the subjects for the purpose of maintaining any mutual boundary fencing, and also any service media running under the subjects benefiting the site shown in blue.
There is a specific prohibition against development which would cause any obstruction to the service strip shown hatched in blue which forms part of the subjects.
