Planning consent was granted by Ashfield District Council in accordance with planning ref no. V/2014/0053 and was approved on 1st May 2014 subject to 15 conditions. A copy of the Decision Notice is available at the Agents Office for inspection.

Planning consent is subject to a Section 106 Agreement planning obligation which requires that within 3 months of the commencement of the development, a Framework Travel Plan is provided and a Travel Plan Monitoring Fee of £XXX payable to Ashfield District Council. Demolition
A contractor has indicated that the costs for demolishing the existing buildings would be minimal and a copy of that estimate would be available to prospective purchasers.
