We’re Growing our Portfolio

We’re delighted to have welcomed two significant new clients. A well-regarded housing and property organisation has brought us a portfolio of units across the UK, including rent collection. We’ve also taken on the property management for MMC, whose portfolio includes over 40 properties across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

We’ve Strengthened our Team

To support this growth (and our existing clients), we’ve welcomed Adam Marshall as Director of Property Management.

Adam brings over 20 years’ experience in the UK property market, having previously been an Associate Director at Colliers. He’s acted for FTSE companies, pension funds, institutional investors and private individuals across diverse property portfolios. In short, he’s seen a lot and we’re very glad to have him on board.

We’ve Invested in Better Systems

Great property management needs great organisation behind it. After a thorough review, we recognised that our previous software platform wasn’t keeping pace with how we wanted to work, so we invested in a completely new property management system across the business.

The upgrade, led by Steve Macdermott, is now fully implemented and the whole team is trained up. The practical upside for our clients:

• Better visibility over costs and compliance
• Faster responses to maintenance issues
• Improved reporting
• Reduced risk of key dates being missed
• More proactive planning across portfolios

The platform also includes AI-supported functionality to take care of routine processes, freeing our surveyors and property managers to focus on giving good advice and building strong client relationships.

As Steve puts it: “The new platform gives us and our clients much better visibility. Information is easier to access, reporting is more intuitive, and we can plan ahead rather than react.”
