UBC Henley-in-Arden and UBC Birmingham Business Park currently account for 60% of our new business revenue so far this year, underlining the strength of demand from companies choosing well-connected Midlands locations as a base for growth.

More telling than volume of new business is the change in types of deal that we’re seeing. Across the UBC portfolio, the average length of new deals in Q1 has increased to 12.4 months, compared with 11.3 months at the same point last year.
