Location
Inveraray is located on the west coast of Loch Fyne in Argyll and Bute. The town is located on the A83 between Glasgow and Lochgilphead and on to Campbeltown. Inveraray is a popular tourist destination with several attractions including Inveraray Castle, the Georgian Jail (now a museum), and the Bell Tower.
The new development, anchored by a new Co-op convenience store, is located in the town's large public car park which can be accessed from the north and east.

The subjects will comprise two buildings which will be capable of sub-division if required to provide retail space from 93 sq m (1000 sq ft) up to a maximum of 230 sq m (2,475 sq ft).

Lease Terms
The subjects will be available to lease on full repairing and insuring terms for a period of flexible duration.
Legal Costs
Each party will bear their own legal costs in the conclusion of a transaction. The ingoing tenant will be responsible for Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Registration Dues if appropriate.
