Terms

PACKAGE
Offers are invited for the absolute ownership interest in the 7 properties either individually or as a package.
FUEL SUPPLY
The purchaser will be required to enter into a fuel supply agreement with Gulf on flexible terms. Potential purchasers will be introduced to Gulf in order to discuss supply terms in further detail.
ENVIRONMENTAL
The vendor shall not provide any warranties or undertaking as to the environmental condition of the site.
The purchasers shall be provided with copies of any environmental reports in the possession of the vendors and they shall be required to satisfy themselves as to the environmental condition of the site. All environmental liabilities shall transfer to the purchaser on completion of the sale.
CONDITION
The purchasers must satisfy themselves in all respects as to the condition of the property. No warranties will be provided by GB Oils Ltd, Thistle Fuel Retailing Ltd or their associated companies following completion.
OFFER PROTOCOL
Should you submit an offer, it will be assumed that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions contained herein. Our clients will not enter into further negotiations after an offer has been accepted.
Our clients do not undertake to accept the highest nor indeed any bid submitted. Acceptance of any offer is subject to the management approval of the vendors.
