There are a range of environmentally sustainable initiatives included in the specification including solar panel water heating system, grey water recycling and wind turbines. The units are now under construction with completion programmed for the end of December 2007. Location: The Sheffield International Rail Freight Terminal (SIRFT) is located between Junctions 33 and 34 of the M1 Motorway, to the east of Sheffield City Centre. SIRFT is a unique development in the logistics market providing road and rail access directly to speculatively constructed distribution facilities. Terms: The units will be available on a leasehold basis for a minimum 5 year term at an initial rent of £4.75 ft². Legal Costs: Each party is to be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in this transaction. VAT: VAT will be charged where applicable.
