OUR SUPPORT
Because our Business Development Managers have fewer pubs per area than most pub companies, they are always readily available to offer guidance and support.
TRAINING
Running your own pub is a highly demanding, but highly rewarding experience. In order to help you achieve success in this industry we insist that before you take over one of our pubs you complete the 3 day introduction to licenced retail course on all aspects of running a licenced trade operation.
FOOD SUPPORT
At IONA we have invested in a specialist Food Development Manager to provide hands on support to develop the food opportunities within your business. We can support you with everything from a basic back bar food offer to a full menu development. We can also get involved with menu design and introduce suppliers that will help ensure you purchase your food at the best possible price while enuring the highest of quality.
MARKETING/PROMOTION
IONA have their very own in-house graphics designer to produce personalised marketing materials for your business. We can also provide a wide range of promotional material covering all key calander events and activities. We can provide you with a catalogue that has samples of the many marerials we have produced for our other businesses.
