Paul founded Paul Nolan & Co - the precursor to Nolan Redshaw - in 1997, following experience in Lancashire, London and Manchester. Paul has over 26 years of experience as a property professional and was elected as a Fellow of the RICS in 1998. At Nolan Redshaw.
In recent years, as well as maintaining his agency role, Paul has been involved with the acquisition of over half a million sq ft of food superstore sites from Durham to North Wales and is currently engaged in further large scale retail and mixed use development throughout the North of England.
