Six Harmony Row comprises three traditional sandstone buildings, grouped around a common courtyard, which provide a total of 40 workspaces. Perhaps the best known, recent example is DX Communications, a mobile telephone company, which started life in just 200 square feet in 1991 and went on to become one of the UK’s most successful young businesses with a network of 160 stores nationwide.

Our short term leases provide security without long-term commitment, restricting financial outlay to the barest minimum. An added benefit of this arrangement is that a company requiring to move into larger (or smaller) premises can proceed without suffering the usual financial penalties.
For more established businesses, we tailor arrangements to suit individual needs. Leases currently in operation range from 6 months to 20 years.

We attach great importance to the need for effective security and have invested heavily in all sites. Standard provision includes 24-hour intruder alarms, door entry systems and cctv. As a result, our premises have an excellent security record.

We take responsibility for insuring all buildings, restricting tenants liability to their own contents and public liability.

Business Rates
