Park House is located on the western boundary of Edinburgh, adjacent to the Heriot Watt University Campus. The site is strategically located in close proximity to the Hermiston Gait roundabout providing excellent access to the M8 motorway, Edinburgh City Bypass and Edinburgh International Airport.

The standard size of Park House will extend to a net internal area of 9,000 sq ft configured over two floors of 4,500 sq ft each. The building is available as a whole but can be configured to allow sub-division into four smaller individual suites measuring 2,250 sq ft each. Smaller units of 1,500 sq ft could be provided on the ground floor. There is also the possibility to provide a building which extends to a maximum of 14,000 sq ft net internal.
