The property comprises a modern, terraced row of six industrial starter units. The units were constructed in the early 1990’s and are of steel portal frame construction under a pitched and hipped roof. The roof has a profiled metal sheet covering with an internal lining and translucent rooflights. The elevations are full brick to eaves and have an internal blockwork lining. The eaves height of each of the units is 3.70m (12ft 2ins). The individual units are fitted out to a similar specification with a concrete screed floor and a single roller shutter loading door to the front elevation. Each unit has a suspended gas fired warm air blower and lighting is by way of suspended fluorescent strips. WC’s are provided in all of the six units.

Location

Stonebroom is a small Derbyshire village located approximately three miles North of Alfreton, six miles West of Sutton in Alfreton and seven miles East of Matlock. Junction 28 of the M1 motorway is approximately four miles to the South East and can be accessed via several “B” roads. To the West of Stonebroom is the A61 which connects Chesterfield in the North to Alfreton in the South.
