The site falls within the jurisdiction of the London Borough of Hillingdon been identified in the Local Plan Part 2 as being suitable for ‘residential led mixed use development’.

A pre-application meeting has been held with the local council regarding a residential development and indicative drawings for a 3 storey residential scheme comprising a total of 19 units and 25 car parking spaces.
