Extending to approximately 0.6 acre/0.243 hectare (calculated using Promap) the agents are informed there is a right of access no  more than 2 metres wide granted in favour of Network Rail up the western boundary of the site.

North Lanarkshire Council granted consent for the erection of 12 x 2 bedroom flats on 2nd August 2013 – reference 09/01223/FUL – however this consent has subsequently lapsed.  Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves that the local authority will consider their proposed development of the site to be acceptable.
