Port Glasgow comprises a town to the north of Inverclyde having a

approximately 22 miles west of Glasgow City Centre and 15 miles
west of Glasgow Airport. Public transport is via two train stations
(Woodhall and Port Glasgow) whilst a number of local and national
bus services link local areas and the town.
The subject property is located on the A8, being the main arterial
route leading through the town. The site is adjacent to a roundabout
and therefore has excellent access from the dual carriageway.
Surrounding occupiers include a Tesco Extra superstore and petrol
filling a station as well as a number of other commercial type uses.
The site adjacent to Tesco is earmarked for future development as a
retail park including B&Q Superstore.
