The remaining Lots present opportunities for immediate purchase or acquisition at a later date recognising the potential unit number increase outlined within the emerging Local Development Plan.

Location

The site is located in Newcraighall, a scenic semi-rural commuter suburb on the south-eastern outskirts of Edinburgh. The former village benefits from excellent transport links to the Capital?s city centre, around 4.5 miles away.

To the north-west boundary are buildings located in a linear pattern along Newcraighall Road. To the south is agricultural land, with Queen Margaret University Campus farther south. A former railway embankment is located to the east. To the west are residential uses and Newcraighall public park. There are currently no buildings or structures occupying the site.
