The area is industrial in nature with a variety of local and national industrial occupiers nearby.
East Kilbride is one of Scotland’s larger towns with a population of around 75,000 persons. The town lies around 11 miles south east of Glasgow and close to the M77 and M74 road routes via the A725 East Kilbride expressway.
