The plots are located within an existing low density residential area featuring a mixture of high quality house types. Plot 3 is the largest site extending to 0.51 acres or thereby. Foul drainage will be to a septic tank(s) and the Vendor warrants that they will install a suitable system for the plots and put in place all necessary discharge consents within six months of completion of the plot sale. The Purchaser of each plot will be responsible for installation of all foul drainage connections to the new drainage system and thereon liable for a pro-indiviso share of the cost of any future maintenance, repair and renewal.
