Location

The subjects comprise a small residential development site situated  on the western periphery of the small Ayrshire town of Auchlineck. The site forms a small area of undeveloped land to the rear of a HighhouseView, which forms the final phase of housing following the completion of Phase 1 (12 detached dwellings) and Phase 2 (37 detached dwellings).
Auchinleck is a former mining town situated off the A76 Kilmarnock to Dumfries road route with Kilmarnock lying approximately 11 miles to the North west and Ayr approximately 15 miles to the west as shown on the attached plan.
