Grange Way Business Park consists of two sites located within the established Whitehall Industrial Estate, two miles south east of Colchester town centre in the Hythe regeneration area, which is undergoing significant transformation. The estate offers good access to the A12 via Ipswich Road and the Avenue of Remembrance and to the A133 to Clacton. The first of the two sites (A) is located directly onto Grange Way and adjoins the north east elevation of 17 Grange Way, while the second site (B) is accessed off Grange Way via a private road formed from the existing entrance of 17 Grange Way.
