West Yorkshire commercial property locations

West Yorkshire, created in 1974, shares borders with Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. The county encompasses the commercial centres of Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield and was largely involved in the textile industry although the area around Wakefield has more of an industrial heritage based around coal mining.
The M1 enters West Yorkshire from the south and continues its route north whilst the M62 comes into the county from the east coast passes through Leeds and continues on to connect with Manchester in the west.
