Powys commercial property locations

Powys is situated on the eastern each of Wales and is very mountainous in terrain with industrial areas around Ystradgynlais concentrated to the south of the region. With no cities, the population of Powys is centralised around villages and small towns, the largest of these being Newtown which forms the main commercial and retail centre. The administrative centre of Powys is Llandrindod Wells.
The A483 runs through the eastern each of the Powys which provides a link between the north to south of the county. The A458 and A470 created access to the west of the county and on further into Wales.
