Cornwall commercial property locations

In the south-western corner of England, Cornwall shares a border with only one other county, Devon. The counties administrative centre, and only city, is Truro. Much of Cornwall’s economy comes from tourism as people are drawn to the surfing at Bude and Newquay, and the beaches at St Agnes, St Ives. St Austall is Cornwall’s largest town offering the county’s main retail services and forming the centre of the china clay industry in the region. Redruth and Camborne are the centres of the global tin mining industry. Other attractions to the region include Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor as well as the Eden Project.
Transport links around Cornwall and beyond are concentrated around the A30, A38 and A39 roads as well as ferries from Padstow to Cardiff and Swansea in south Wales.
