Cleveland commercial property locations
Created in 1974, Cleveland is one of the smaller UK counties. With its borders with North Yorkshire, Durham and Cumberia, Cleveland’s administrative and commercial centre is Middlesborough. Other major towns in the region include Darlington and the maritime town of Hartlepool. Saltburn-by-the Sea, which was developed as a Victorian resort, still retains its pier, the only one in north-east England, which is linked to the town by a cliff lift.
The main artery through the county is the A1 for travel to the north and the south, and which connects to the M6 motorway for easy access to the west of the country.
